Good Afternoon Don, I am Tyler Polzen, General Manager here at South Centre. I do not believe we spoke this morning. I am disappointed to hear that we were unable to address your concerns with your new car. To clarify, you CAN lock your car with the engine running by simply removing the cap from the lock cylinder. I apologize if you feel as though you were misled in some way on this point, however it is a clearly visible feature from the outside of the car. I understand that our sales team did suggest that a remote car starter might be a more viable option to accomplish what you are trying to achieve and they DID offer to supply you with an extra key at no charge to ease the expense of purchasing such an option. Further, it is protocol for our managers to politely discontinue a conversation once a customer threatens legal or criminal action (such as driving through the front doors of the building). Regretful as I am, I do understand if you no longer wish to conduct business with our dealership.
