If I could give 6 stars I would purely because of how incredible Centy was. After being car-less for some time, as a couple of 20-somethings we were ready to purchase a vehicle and were quite specific in incredible Centy was. We spent a month researching and going to dealerships but Signature Mazda in Richmond was hands down the best experience we had of anywhere we went to. Centy was super informative, kind, helpful and did everything in her power to ensure we walked out with our perfect car. The accommodations she made to ensure we could be 100% confident in our decision was unlike anything I ever expected. She was never pushy nor did she use any of the sleazy sales tactics that we experienced at other dealerships. Her patience and support throughout the entire process was a breath of fresh air. We have already recommended Centy to our families and I would absolutely recommend anyone go and ask for her for any of your Mazda/car needs. More
