He flew me down from Fort McMurray, picked me up at the airport, and took me to the dealership to show me my new truck! He was honest with me and very personable. Cam gave me a loner car to deal with my insurance, downpayment, and hunger issues. Seeing as I gave him very little time to get the truck ready for delivery, he was able to get a 2 way remote starter, tonneux cover, and 3M hood protector installed. Amit Singh assured me that the next time I come down to Edmonton that the remainder of the accessories would be installed in a quick and professional manner (undercoating, LINE X bed liner, buff out a few scratches, and redo the 3M on the hood). Bill Lewandowski was able to answer all of my finance and insurance questions. The team did a great job! Very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Upon delivery, Cam showed me all of the bells and whistles that my new truck had, filled up the tank, and sent me on my merry way. I am looking forward to seeing the people and Sherwood Park Toyota in the near future! More

Great Customer Service Experience I visited Sherwood Park Toyota on June 9, 2014 to have some work done on my 2008 Toyota Highlander and was delighted with the experience, mostly thank I visited Sherwood Park Toyota on June 9, 2014 to have some work done on my 2008 Toyota Highlander and was delighted with the experience, mostly thanks to Service Advisor, Carolyn Kozinko. Please extend my thanks to her. I was very impressed with Carolyn's commitment to a high-quality customer service experience. She was very pleasant, professional and helpful - that set the tone for the visit. This was a very positive experience; let me tell you why. When I came in, I was impressed with just driving into the bay (signage on outside door and at the end of the bays are great!) - this felt like high-end service. Signage asking customers to wait in their vehicles until someone comes to identify their needs and then having someone at my door almost immediately - Wow! Great focus on customer service! Keep it up! When I explained to Carolyn that the rear door wouldn't open remotely (using the key fob or the button on the dashboard, she went to the passenger side, opened the glove compartment, pressed a button and told me to try it again. Voila, it worked! (I felt a bit foolish for a moment but we shared a laugh over that, and Carolyn showed me where the reset button was for future reference. Much appreciated.) This reinforced the positive feeling because here was a quick fix that obviously was going to save me some money. After providing Carolyn with the requisite details, she asked if I needed shuttle service. I asked her if it would be OK if I stayed awhile to see how long it would take, which was fine by her. Then Carolyn asked the service technician to look at my vehicle right away; for clarification, he asked her if he should do my Highlander and then the vehicle that he was likely planning to work on prior to her instruction. She said yes, because I was staying on-site and the other party was not. Another point for Carolyn, and for Sherwood Toyota! Anyway, about an hour-and-a-half later, Carolyn told me that my rear windshield wiper needed a new motor (my husband and I had anticipated that). I asked Carolyn when that could be done, since there wasn't a motor in stock; she said anytime after Tuesday. We booked my next appointment for Saturday, June 21; Carolyn is working that day and she wanted to be sure that it would be taken care of; bonus for me is that I don't have to take time off work. So, I'm actually sort of looking forward to this appointment even though the bill is going to be over $500. I just felt that Carolyn, and by extension, your staff, took very good care of me and my needs. Do I sound like I'm a fan of Carolyn? I certainly am; you need to make sure you keep her happy because you don't want to lose her! She's just great and she makes Sherwood Toyota look good, too!! (Please feel free to let Carolyn know about my comments and to use them in her next performance review, if you choose.) Too often, we don't let people know when they've done a good job; personally, I'm trying to make more of an effort to recognize people for the great work they do. It can be a little thing but I believe it's also important. So, thanks, Carolyn, and thanks, Sherwood Park Toyota! Follow-up on June 21, 2014: I went back to have my rear windshield wiper fixed this morning. My appointment was at 8:00am; once again, I drove into the bay and, immediately had someone attending to me. Once again, WOW! The gentleman noted what needed to be done and told me to get out of my vehicle and talk to Carolyn. She again promptly attended to my needs and told me to wait in their lounge area while my vehicle was being repaired. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but I spent that time chatting with a gentleman there. When Carolyn advised me that my Highlander was ready, she processed my payment. Good news here, too - it was about $50.00 less than I had been quoted on my initial visit! How often does that happen?! Once again, I left feeling good about my experience with Carolyn and Sherwood Park Toyota! Thank you so much! More

Great Experience! My wife and I needed to replace her vehicle after it was "totalled" in a car accident. As we were down to one car for family use, it was difficult for My wife and I needed to replace her vehicle after it was "totalled" in a car accident. As we were down to one car for family use, it was difficult for us to travel to the different Toyota dealerships in Edmonton and surrounding area to find the right vehicle for the right price. Sherwood Park Toyota was one of the few dealerships that we contacted that was more than willing to communicate via e-mail, including initial negotiations on the price. This made things much easier for us and was greatly appreciated. Nick Bhalla was terrific: greeting us when we initially arrived and helping us compare the new vehicles that we were interested in. He also showed us a few used ones that may have been of interest. This was not something that we had come to the dealership for, but we were grateful that Nick had done this. My wife and I did not feel pressured at all with Nick's sales approach and he was great at getting back to us via e-mail with any questions we had. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I dealt with Juliana Parkin in the finance department. Juliana was fabulous and went above and beyond her duties by faxing additional paperwork to help us register our newly purchased vehicle. It was a smooth process all-around. The day we picked-up the new vehicle Nick was, once again, great. Making sure that the vehicle was spotless and "ready-to-roll". Nick also spent time with me, showing me how to use various features of the car, including the navigation system. Nick's patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Thanks Nick!
