I have had a horrible experience with this dealership with not disclosing the details of my purchase properly. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Limited nightshade edition. The initial sales agent (Jay with not disclosing the details of my purchase properly. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Limited nightshade edition. The initial sales agent (Jay) did a terrible job at describing the features of the truck and was being disingenuous about the product and the pricing. The finance manager (Veer) failed to disclose the itemized bill. He didn't not explain the cost breakdown of the warranties at all. They refused to give me the signed copy of the contract until delivery of the truck. Instead of identifying and rectifying the situation, they continue to disrespect me. There was no apology or remorse for the way I was treated. The General manager, finance director, the finance manager and the sale manager were very unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns when I raised those concerns. If I could I would give them a zero star. I hope to never deal with this place again. More

AVOID this Toyota dealership at all costs. Inexperienced sales adviser- name Chaddi. Poor communication from sales, financing, and Manager. 2 months in after our $120K truck purchase, it is Inexperienced sales adviser- name Chaddi. Poor communication from sales, financing, and Manager. 2 months in after our $120K truck purchase, it is already needing servicing as we had found out the fuel tank assembly, and plunger had already been replaced PRIOR to delivery to us. What does this mean…it’s not the original parts- the numbers don’t match the original truck numbers now AND we are having issues with it. Think this was disclosed to us on purchase??? NOPE this was disclosed to us by Gateway Toyota who FIXED the issue. When Sherwood park manager Dominic was informed…..he again did nothing. More

Total crooks ,sold me tires that should never be on a Tacoma trucks . When confronted their excuse is everybody is installing on Tacoma Trucks . Went the NW Toyota in Edmonton and was told the tires are Tacoma trucks . When confronted their excuse is everybody is installing on Tacoma Trucks . Went the NW Toyota in Edmonton and was told the tires are not recommended for use on a Tacoma . There charge was $2400 for tires installed and balanced , however I could buy the Installed at 3 dealerships for $1700 installed and balanced . 10 ply tires are recommended for use on 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks .Not recommended on a truck that is more in line with a 1/4 truck . Sherwood Park Toyota staff are arrogant and tell untruths . I will never take my new truck to them For service , nor would I recommend buying from them . Toyota great product , dealership horrible !
