The greasy sales tactics used to influence a customer to purchase extras left me with a very bad impression of the dealership. It's not what you sell, it is how you sell it. Make sure you get everything in writing or better yet request that you can record the sales deal so both parties are on a level playing field. The interesting thing about the car sales game is that they ask you to tell them if there was something wrong with your experience but aren't really interested in hearing about the negative ones. Do you see any negative ratings on their site? Amit Singh the general sales manager placed a follow up phone message to me to talk about my concerns. I communicated back to him via email and have yet to hear back. (Over a month) Honesty, trust and integrity are very important to me. My experience with this dealerships finance department and the lack of follow up to my concerns have killed my trust in this dealership. In the next 8000 km I need to find a new dealership who will look after my service. I started out having a good time purchasing a new vehicle but overall this has been a negative experience. Still like my truck......disappointed in the dealership. Wish it was different. More

Then, on the following Monday I advised them that I wanted to cancel my purchase!....it's a long story. I explained my new situation and management (Mr. Raza Khan) agreed to cancel my contact and promised to refund my deposit. Three days later, ... they did!! Talk about honesty! The "T" in Toyota, probably stands for "Trustworthy". I just gotta go back there one day, and actually buy a car,.....just to square things off! Great people. Honest people. M. DeSerres More

He showed me different cars and let me go without the push to make a decision the same day like other dealers i have dealt with. They even give me a good pricing with the trade in appraisal. Your financing method and terms are printed and given to you to see and you are left to consider your options. In all it was a good experience especially with Iman and Nav in the financing process. I will definitely refer Toyota SP to my friends. More

Great overall experience I was intent on purchasing a 2016 RAV4 in Black so called dealership and got connected to Nino. When I arrived, the RAV4 was already parked in front I was intent on purchasing a 2016 RAV4 in Black so called dealership and got connected to Nino. When I arrived, the RAV4 was already parked in front as Nino had it ready. As I was walking around, Charles came by and introduced himself. So within 30 minutes I was already talking with Charles on a price which I felt was fair. Raza in finance did good at explaining the paperwork. So done in 2 hours and everyone was pretty friendly. Picked up the RAV4 in two days and happy with overall experience. More

He shook my hand and welcomed me into the dealership, thanked me for coming and offered me a refreshment. He explained what we would be doing and took me out to showed me the car I had asked to see (2013 Toyota Corolla). We then proceeded on a test drive. What I liked was his courteous non pushy manner. I felt quite relaxed and was able to make a decision on my own. He had the finance person (Eli) come down to Jo's office as I am unable to walk up stairs. He was very accommodating and was able to get me financing right away. When I went to pick up the car Jo greeted me with the same attitude as the first meeting. He took me out to the car to check it before I drove it off the lot. He then called Eli to come down again to finalize the papers. A few changes were required and Eli made the changes and came back down. I signed all the papers, and Jo filled the car up with gas & put the license plate on the car & then came to take me out to the car. He sat in the passenger seat and went over all the "gadgets" that the car has. I asked about the 4 tires that were included in the deal and he went to find them. John Instroza the used sales manager came out to see me and apologized as the tires were at the warehouse and he wanted to ask me if they could get them in and call me to pick them up. I thought this was very courteous of Jo and John. I then realized that I had not discussed the deposit I had put on my credit card. Jo said he would get that handled right away, and he took my credit card back into to Eli to have the charges refunded for me. All in all, everyone involved (Jo, Eli & John) in the purchase of my car were friendly and courteous and made this an easy process for the elderly person I am. Thank you Terry More

The first dealer I stopped at was Sherwood Park Toyota. Now, this was supposed to be the first of several dealerships, that I planned to visit, prior to actually finding the right vehicle for me. The first gentleman I spoke to at the Toyota Dealership, was Shafik. Now I don't usually have much use for salesmen, and even today I originally brushed off, what I assumed was just another salesman. But with Shafik things were a little different. He was a human being, not a sales robot. He wasn't there to just sell. He was polite and interested in what I had to say, without being pushy or irritating. When it was all said and done, 2 days later I signed the papers on a 2013 4RUNNER. WOW! If you had told me that this would happen in just 2 days, I would have told you, your crazy! I didn't even go to another Dealership. For whatever reason, Shafik and I met that day. I needed a vehicle and he was a very nice person, who, in his spare time, also sold vehicles for living. Shafik allowed "me" to decide on what I wanted to buy. He really listened to what I had to say, instead of having a prearranged, rehearsed sales pitch that we have all heard way too often. Shafik is a natural, because he is genuine and honest. Toyota, you are lucky to have this man in your sales department. He makes you all a bunch of money. During the 2 days that it took, to wrap up this deal, I also had the pleasure of meeting 2 other gentlemen. John (Sales Manager) and Eli (Finance Manager). Again, both guys were "actual people," just like you and I. They were not what we have all come to know as the stereotypical Car Salesmen. Of course they wanted to sell me a vehicle, but that did not come across as the end-all, be-all of the conversations we had over 2 days. John pulled a couple of strings to allow the deal to happen, and in fact took the time out of a very busy Sunday, to call me at home and reassure me that he could make the deal happen for me. Both John & Eli were very helpful in getting me approved (something that I wasn't sure, was going to happen). Eli, was very knowledgeable, and again was easy to talk to, when it came to the financing and paperwork side of things. Shafik + John + Eli = My Perfect New ( new to me, anyways ) 4RUNNER.
