He was helpful during the test drive, both in navigating the under-construction roads nearby and in explaining vehicle features - he had clearly studied up an the vehicle (which we really appreciated since it wasn't a Toyota). The sales process was professionally handled and we were satisfied with both the process and outcome. We are now happy owners of a used vehicle and Doug was a big part of that! The Finance/Admin part of the process was smoothly handled and everyone was professional.
