purchasing Sienna My 2008 Toyota Sienna was totalled by a very young fellow who ran the light. We were away from Edmonton when we found out that it was written off. Saw a Sienna on a lot in BC, but didn't want to drive it back. Called around to dealerships in Edmonton. Long story short, Doug go back to us very quickly with the 2017 Sienna that they had in their compound yard. No pressure from Sherwood Park to buy the Toyota and we were able to purchase it within the week. Saved a lot of headache from having to get one from BC. No pressure service and we dealt with Jo C in sales to go over the vehicle. Very happy to deal with Sherwood Park. Wouldn't go back to the dealers within Edmonton proper as one didn't even want to deal with us on the phone and the others didn't get back to us at all. Thanks for helping us get back in a sienna. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will go to Sherwood Park Toyota first. More

I felt heard in my financial "bottom line" -- I could afford X amount and would go no higher. Karan & SP Toyota met me where I was at and made a vehicle and payment plan work for me. Karan took the time to call me with all necessary information, & had documents sent up to the finance office that afternoon. Everything was ready by the time we showed up. We were warmly received, all questions answered, and every concern addressed with importance. I'm pleased with the warranty on my vehicle (very helpful!). Icing on the cake was when Karan requested a few extra minutes of my time while he took my Rav 4 to fill up the tank. Top notch! More
