My experience with Toyota Sherwood has been incredibly frustrating, particularly with their financial department. The level of service provided was shockingly poor. The lack of responsiveness and support from the financial department is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism. If you value efficient and reliable service, I would strongly advise considering other dealerships. Toyota Sherwood’s financial team has a long way to go in improving their customer service. More

Most important note of this review - my Toyota 4Runner is 23 years old (2001) and I have been without a rear wiper blade since last summer as the only blades I could find (parts stores, Cdn Tire, Amazon, etc) were not the right attachment. Then imagine trying to unscrew a tiny screw that was welded with AGE to the arm. My wiper blade replacement had, at one point, 7 different service personnel trying to figure out how to get the screws out. The problem was eventually solved by replacing just the rubber on the wiper and it works just fine! Thanks guys, Dillon and I thank you. More

Despite providing my credit card details and driver's license for a car purchase, the manager kept my credit card deeply disappointed and frustrated. Despite providing my credit card details and driver's license for a car purchase, the manager kept my credit card for one hour giving us lame excuses but opted to sell the vehicle to someone he knew, completely disregarding my time and effort. This blatant disregard for customer trust and unethical behavior reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. As a customer, I expected fair treatment and professionalism, which were clearly lacking in this instance. I cannot recommend Sherwood Park Toyota to anyone based on my experience.
