I took in my Toyota Rav 4 somewhat clean and washed and they returned my car covered in mud. Also there was no documentation of the service work done given to me. Don’t get service done at this dealership, I have a rip on my rear seat cover that is covered with warranty, the first time I went in to get it replaced they had the wrong part, the second time the truck h on my rear seat cover that is covered with warranty, the first time I went in to get it replaced they had the wrong part, the second time the truck has been here for 10 hours and counting, they just say they are working on it, I have pulled a cover off the other side rear seat because my son spilled on it and it only took me an half an hour, I’ll be trying some where new next time. I was in search of a 2024-2025 Toyota Sienna and had been for quite some time. I am sure a lot of you know how hard they are to find. I looked everywhere and most dealerships minimum 10 month wait but likely for quite some time. I am sure a lot of you know how hard they are to find. I looked everywhere and most dealerships minimum 10 month wait but likely up to 2 years. I see through Car Gurus that this place had stock so I message them. A salesman named Zade answered and said while they did have it, it was spoken for. I told him no problem I will continue with my search but he then told me he could guarantee me one by February 2025. As this was early October at the time I said "Absolutely!". He said if I provide a deposit he would guarantee it. I told him that if he was lying to me I would report the dealership to AMVIC for false advertisement and luring. He agreed and still guaranteed it. I placed the deposit and waited a few days without receiving the receipt for the deposit. I called in and had to ask for one and I asked the manager I spoke to if the guarantee was true and he said yes if the salesman said yes then it's a yes. I was very happy at this point. The months go by and Zade kept in touch the entire time saying that I would have my vehicle by the time February arrives. He was very good at keeping in touch about it. Fast forward to 1st week of January. I asked Zade if we were still on track and he said we were. Fast forward to 3rd week of January and I asked him again....no response. Then someone named Jihan messages me and said the dealership would inform me 30-60 days before my sienna was set to arrive. I informed he/her that this was not the deal and I would be forced to file the complaint. I then recieved a call from a manager I think who had informed me that they never make those guarantees and Zade no longer works there. He said they do not teach their staff to pull those tactics. As someone who has made the mistake to be a car salesman before, trust me they do use these tactics. It worked too because we stopped looking for another car for those months. I told him I would have no choice then and would continue with the complaint. Do not trust these people, run away! More

I bought a new car 2018 Camry. Which gave me 5 year warranty/60000km . I towed it to the dealership and they diagnosed my car with transmission failure and need to replace it, which will cost me over 5k .I called the Toyota where i purchased my car and she said they wont me able to help me with the cost or warranty .It was clear they didn’t value my business. Save yourself the hassle and go to a dealership that actually cares about its customers! More
dealership sales defective vehicle : I have purchases Toyota Camry 2018 . it came with 5 year warranty/60000 Km . recently i came across transmission failure issue on 62000 KM on it . when i t purchases Toyota Camry 2018 . it came with 5 year warranty/60000 Km . recently i came across transmission failure issue on 62000 KM on it . when i talk to Toyota Canada they said my warranty is expired ( 1 year ago ) so they wont be able to repair transmission and advised me to talk to dealership manager where i bough car. i emailed to dealership but no answer , i called them buy not able to help me . " same comment , wont be able to do anything under warranty berceuse its expired . Moreover i have a recall notice from Toyota Canada about its safety which indicated that my vehicle may contain defect that could affect the safety of person . and i believe failure of transmission is a part of this recall . I have complained this to BBB and AMVIC as well . I chose Toyota for its reputation of reliability, but the transmission failure I encountered shattered that trust. The transmission issues not only led to high repair costs but also created a feeling of uncertainty around owning a Toyota. What was supposed to be a dependable, long-lasting car became a headache and financial burden. For anyone considering buying a Toyota, especially a used model from the years affected by transmission problems, I strongly advise proceeding with caution. Don’t let the brand’s reputation for reliability blind you to the very real risk of transmission failure. I can’t recommend Toyota at this point, as the company’s failure to adequately address this issue has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. More

Not dealing in good faith of two vehicle purchases I made. I waited 5 months only to get told both orders were cancelled and replaced with 2025 models .Then told by salesman steve I would have to pay mo made. I waited 5 months only to get told both orders were cancelled and replaced with 2025 models .Then told by salesman steve I would have to pay more money for both even though I had a written agreement for both having $ 1000 deposits on each one. Throughout the ordeal my emails were frequently ignored and Chris manager always made me wait to ask questions. Salesman are not needed there because they know very little and don’t know how to get any requested info. Dealership is poorly managed when they chase paying customers away with no info and lazy attitudes. More
