Deep walked to us with greetings and smile, just like we knwew each other or had appointment, and he seemed waiting for us! Actually I didn't cantact anyone before we went. We went there for a specific used vehicle which was advertised in autotrader.com. When we mention that car, Deep immediately showed us that one, he also explained many things to us. we felt like he is not a sales person but a close friend of mine. For every question or concen, he always patiently and knowledgeable solved for us until we are totally satisfied, but never gave us any press. He is such a devoted, reliable professional we had never met before in other dealerships (we had tried several dealers before we head to Sherwood Park Hyundai).
