We just bought our latest vehicle, a 2015 Ram 1500 with help from both Brad McDonald & Tony Heimbecker, both wonderful people to deal with. They both went out of their way to get us the truck we wanted, went the extra mile without question. Tony has even checked in with us to see how we were liking the truck & if we had any questions. In finance, we have dealt with both Jason Hill & Rebekah Letkeman, both are wonderful at what they do & they really do go all out to get the best deal possible. First Class VIP Experience I have been a repeat customer of Sherwood dodge ever since I bought my first Ram truck back in 2011 from a honest and easy going salesmen, Andrew Sten I have been a repeat customer of Sherwood dodge ever since I bought my first Ram truck back in 2011 from a honest and easy going salesmen, Andrew Stennett. Who gave me such a good experience that I made Sherwood dodge my first stop when I came to upgrade to a Ram 2500 Diesel. My experience was shaken however when it came to communicating and ensuring that my new Ram 2500 truck ( that came with Ram Boxes ) would be able to pull my fifth wheel trailer. After much research and back and forth talks with installers and manufactures, my new Ram 2500 simply could not work to pull my trailer. A year went by and I was out of options, I needed either a new truck or a whole new fifth wheel trailer . So I wrote an email to Sherwood dodge in hopes that they could help me in anyway possible.... and did they ever! Not only was there a quick response from an incredibly helpful Kieth Bedard , but he also gave me quick assurance that they would make the situation right for me. Kieth met with me in person the next day and completely took control of the situation. He quickly found a new truck to swap with mine in just a few days. By the end of the week I was the proud owner of another Ram 2500 that now could tow my trailer without issue and with it drive away all of my previous worries, concerns and built up stress. Kieth and the rest of the Sherwood dodge team truly came to my aid and brought quality service and professionalism to my situation. I cant thank them enough for what they were able to do for me, and how courteous and eager they were to help me. They completely turned a previously negative experience into an incredibly positive one. Not many dealerships out there would of done the same, they proved to me that they stand far above any other dealership when it comes to customer satisfaction.
