We had an unfortunate bad situation handled by Ryan over the last couple days. At first we were texting with a guy named Samson. Ryan had called us and when we told him we were already talking to Samson he the last couple days. At first we were texting with a guy named Samson. Ryan had called us and when we told him we were already talking to Samson he said “do me a favour, stop talking to him, I’ll get you a better deal”. Against our better judgement we went along with Ryan as he sounded eager to make something happen for us. Things went good at the beginning, Ryan was putting in the work. From the beginning we explained we had a trade in, what we were putting down and what we wanted out payments at. Once we went to a local chev dealer they beat out Ryan’s first offer so we shared that with him and gave him the opportunity to match it or exceed it. Ryan called us and said he had a GREAT deal, and it was! Too good to be true we quickly learned. Ryan told us a price which was much lower, we asked if it included down payment, had the biweekly payments locked in at what we wanted and if that included trade and he said yes. Over and over! We told him to give us the evening to think about it. A few minutes later after being off the phone we text and asked if it included 3m. Ryan said, If I can throw that in do we have a deal? Weird, considering he later said that the original price didn’t include trade in, so how would we have a deal? And who says do we have a deal when nothing has even been put on paper, over text. Anyways, I text and asked for an official break down and the price he sent was nearly $5000 more than the original price he told us on the phone. He then said the original price didn’t include trade in. We talked about it for over 20 minutes in the phone but he is claiming that didn’t happen. Ryan was quick to throw out a number but when the finances were written out and sent to us he back peddled and attempted to act as if it was that all along. Ryan then stopped answering texts and wouldn’t answer calls. A sure sign that he knew he was caught but didn’t know how to handle it. We sent him a message today outlining it all and was quick to say we must have misunderstood. Even if he ultimately couldn’t get to that price, it would have been nice for his to just own his mistake, be transparent and not make us feel like we did something incorrect. He is the sales guy after all. Sorry Samson, we should have stuck with you! More

Staff are realistic with expectations and take into consideration what we want and need. Atmosphere is welcoming, clean and relaxing. I would feel comfortable hanging out at this dealership, whereas others I typically feel on edge. Truthfully putting the buyer first. Easy to deal with & efficient. Searched online & someone replied but I chose to just call there to talk to a live salesman. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael. He went back & forth to his manager to get the price lowered by 1k and Rana was also efficient & explained what was in the contract/documentation. She was honest & upfront about the tint which didn’t pass inspection as it’s too dark. She said it wouldn’t be difficult to have it removed if one desired. It was busy at the dealership which clearly shows it has a fabulous reputation. I even got an email from Darrin the Gen.manager welcoming me. When I was in line at the reception two employees came up to us to ask if they could help us at separate times. We didn’t get to the receptionist because Mike & Rana were alerted to our arrival. The weather wasn’t the best so we were rushing but everyone there made it smooth for us & we were on our way home three hours away in no time! Thank you. More
