Sherwood Honda treats you amazing when you're buying the vehicle but afterwards that the customer service is so bad. I was transferred to several different people on the phone and still no one could help me vehicle but afterwards that the customer service is so bad. I was transferred to several different people on the phone and still no one could help me. The general manager is no help either, tells you what you want to hear then doesn't follow through. I bought my CRV is 2025 and at 5k a ticking noise started so i took it in. The service advisor did an oil change then told me that he's seeing this in other CRVs but its not serious and to monitor it...So they expect me to just drive around like this, a brand new vehicle... Do NOT buy from this dealership, you will be very disappointed like me. More
