He didn't pressure me into buying a new vehicle, or try to lure me in with promotional sales tactics. Nope. Straight, honest, and to the point he is. He even brought the SUV to my house so I could see it in person and test drive it. The dealership even upgraded my ride (at no cost to me) as the vehicle I was originally looking at was no longer available for purchase. I have dealt with many, many dealerships over the past 40 years and I can say that Matt (and Sherwood Ford) definitely earn top marks for their level of service, commitment and customer loyalty.
