Best car buying experience I have ever had!! What a fantastic business! Went to other dealerships and felt like a small fish amongst sharks, like a sales target not a person. The entire staff there were friendly, courteous and respectful but my sales rep, Rahul, went so far beyond the call of duty to ensure I made the right choice for me and was perfectly happy with my purchase. Never once did I feel pressured or pushed, and he was incredibly patient as I lengthy weighed my options. There was a small issue with the relay on the smart access door handle of my 2011 Ford Fiesta and though it was a huge issue he made sure it was fixed for me so I was 100% satisfied. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every vehicle I enquired on and made me feel comfortable extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. I have recommended Sherwood Ford and specifically Rahul to everyone I know who may want to buy a vehicle. Robert Moisley in finance was also especially helpful and wonderful to deal with. More
