Lucas with Finance was thorough and detailed all through the signing process, and provided candid context which assisted us in making informed decisions regarding warranty & other coverage which we felt were in the best interest for our specific needs. When it came time to accept delivery on the vehicle, Sammy was a terrific resource in assisting with setup for the Ford app, and answered all our questions regarding the unit.
