We've been searching online to different car dealership sites to get a cheap quote. Until we got a reasonable quote from Petersen GMC. Cj worked his little heart for us. He went over & above what is expected of a Salesman to get me into a vehicle that suited our needs. At first i was quite hesitant to take it because we will be going above our budget , but Cj and his finance manager came up a reasonable monthly payment terms that fit us. He took his time explaining all the paper work for me and my boyfriend and was so friendly.This dealership is located at Sherwood Park AB, the service there is by far better than the big city guys. Cj just didn't give up. He went as far as explaining to us how to rebuild our credit with the vehicle I purchased. He took our personal situation into consideration for our long term goals to get our dream vehicle. And since we live 5hrs drive from Sherwood, Cj managed to book us up for a maintenance check the next time we went back to Sherwood. They changed the break pads and rotors of our vehicle. They even washed our vehicle. And one of my main concern was i can still smell a smoky odour inside the vehicle and i raised it up to Cj and he dealt with it. He sprayed some special odour neutralizer in the vehicle and it was gone. We will be a returning customer as long as Cj works there, he took a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasant experience for us. We are a very happy and satisfied customer. More

The salesman was great! Highly recommend him. Manager and finance people are a joke! I traded in my car and they gave me a ok trade in ammount, and added the rest onto my truck. But 2 weeks later I had my car payment come out of my acct, phoned the place where I had the loan and they have not received any payment yet, tried calling multiple times to talk to finance at Sherwood Park GMC and no answer, always goes to voicemail and they haven't returned my calls. Also got the runaround from their Manager Anthony Simon, I had a deal in place over the phone and once I got their he gives me the story that the guy who made this deal with me got fired 2 days ago, and that he can't give me what was agreed upon. I live 2.5 hours away and never got told about this till I drove their. So I ended up getting $3000 less for my trade than what I was promised. If your looking for a good experience when you buy a new vehicle then I highly recommend going somewhere else. I have to day the salesman John Orr was awesome! If you do go their to buy a vehicle you have to ask for him, he's always available if you work late, very considerate and kind guy. I hope he goes somewhere else so I can happily use him again next time I buy a vehicle, because this place is a joke! More
