Just got the first oil change and found out all the fluids that should be changed at 75000KM was not changed so once again more money I have to pay for a newly used vehicle. They are a complete joke. He told use that in order for them to hold the truck for us we had to put a down payment on it , which we did .he also said we would get it back weather we bought the truck or not , we picked up the truck 4 days ago and i have requested the down payment several times now and he keeps telling me he has e- transferred the money each time. How ever still no money , dont understand how someone like this still works here . More

This is now the third vehicle I've purchased from Danny Greenback, who splits his time between Sherwood gmc and Sherwood Chevrolet. I can't say enough how good of a guy he is. Legit pricing, clear details about the payments, about financing, and can really listens to the customer to get the needs right. Danny is the kinda guy who doesn't push or pressure you to buy, he's not holding you hostage to sign that dreaded worksheet, he's trying to make something work for you. I maybe shouldn't say this but if something isent making sense that he sees and maybe you don't, like budget, options you need or whatever, he will let you know, even if it means not making the big sale. He has your back, which is super refreshing and nice to see. There is a reason he has the repeat business that he does, people feel good with one of the biggest purchases we make, and they trust him to come back to him. Shaun Hurry also did an excellent job with the "boring" part of buying(financing) but you can tell that this guy loves doing it, and he does it well, everything went smooth and easy, not many questions needed to be asked because he cleared everything up in plain English the first time. I must mention I came in quite late on a monday(the worst day that never ends) and they stayed till 10-1030 so we could get it done. Smiles, friendliness and professional even with staying so late.
