Friendly and courteous people. I went in looking for a new truck. Eric was helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks. I'm a little old fashioned when it comes to looking at vehicles and would've enjoyed walking around the lot to look, but it never felt like I was welcome to do that. That's the only constructive feedback I could give. Eric was quick to go out to the lot and bring me any truck I wanted to see. Overall my experience was good from Eric to the finance department. I was introduced to the service team, but haven't had to use their services yet. I was very happy with the deal, financially and have already recommended Sherwood GMC to friends who may be looking.
