(sales manager) was exceptional leading the deal and ensuring my needs were met. Nolan G. did a great job explaining finance, maintenance and warranty options. And, Sheldon H. was very helpful delivering the truck - showing me its many outstanding hi-tech and other features. The team helped me with insightful knowledge, and were accommodating of my schedule - even when it may have been "after hours" for them. Every one was exceptionally customer oriented. The Sherwood Buick GMC dealership itself was also refreshing - more like a party than a stogie car sales office ! More
