Service department does not know what they are doing. Had a Mechanical Fitness Assessment inspection completed as per AMVIC requirement. Argued with the department that road testing the vehicle was not r Had a Mechanical Fitness Assessment inspection completed as per AMVIC requirement. Argued with the department that road testing the vehicle was not required. they threatened to back out of the deal and demanded a road test. Had no choice but to comply. Reached out to AMVIC and confirmed a road test is not required. This dealership does what they want, not whats required. Be prepared to be screwed over even when you call them out about being wrong. More

I required a small part for my truck's cargo cover which has been an ongoing issue for months. Shawna took control of the situation, got the part and notified me that the part was in and she was personally has been an ongoing issue for months. Shawna took control of the situation, got the part and notified me that the part was in and she was personally holding it so it would not disappear.
