Well the lease on my truck is up in November and I need another truck so decided to go to Shaw GMC to have a look around. I have never shopped at this location before, so thought of giving it a try. Upon arrival, I noticed a sales rep that I have dealt with from a different dealership in the past. I had purchased and or leased a few trucks from him over the years and was glad to see him here. His name is PATRICK JO and he is now an Account Manager. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him a list within minutes, he found what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was already sold. He showed me one in the showroom that had a few more goodies and was more expensive. After negotiating with Patrick and his superior TIN, we came to an agreement and decided to purchase the truck rather than lease it. I am driving and enjoying my new truck and would like to extend a huge thanks out to the people that played a part in my great experience in purchasing this truck and will definitely be back for the next one and I highly recommend SHAW and the people that made it happen. My husband and I are looking at purchasing a 2022 Yukon Denali. After shopping around We reached out to this dealership, and the name of the person on the caller ID was Sheker Singh. Never actually introduced themselves so lets go with that name. After being very clear with what we were looking for, including numerous phone calls with him even trying to take the basic information down and needing to verify the same information over and over again, he said they had one (which we should of known better, no one does). Turns out, they didn’t have one that fit what we were looking for. Then said we could factory build. As we had been shopping around for a while, we are well aware of the restrictions in place. He said he had the manager build one to what we were looking for. We were VERY clear with what we wanted, including package names, what we can live without, what color, ect. Get the build sheet. Missing the advanced technology package on the build (which is restricted right now, but he said he could build). Was also missing the Denali ultimate package. When we replied that it didn’t have the technology package, his reply was “well that will be very expensive”. Are you kidding me?? Clearly if I want it I know what I’m looking for and what the cost is, how dare some one say that to a customer. Literally called another dealer at the same time as this one and had a build and finance complete in a day, VS the days of phone calls and texts with a salesperson who didn’t bother to listen. If you value your time and want a salesperson who listens to you I’d avoid this place, or at least find a salesperson who gives you a name. More

I had to replace my old pick up back in Oct 2021, she got me this far but it was time. However, I wasn't to excited to look around, to make this story shot, I never dealt with Shaw GMC before so I decided to me this far but it was time. However, I wasn't to excited to look around, to make this story shot, I never dealt with Shaw GMC before so I decided to give them a go. I ended up getting a Sierra Elevation and everything with the trucks seems great thus far, considering that my experiences with other dealerships was like a nightmare I couldn't get up from. Anyway.. when the deal was done the truck was waiting and all the logistics taken cared of, including a full tank of gas. This saved me a lot of time which I very much appreciated. If you decide to give your business to Shaw I highly recommend that you deal with Randy M. He took a lot of stress off my back, he went out of his way to help me make the deal happen. Whenever I get a new vehicle I always rate the vehicle & the sales rep separately therefore, I give Randy 5 stars as he was a big help.. as for the truck, lets wait & see... Cheers! Chris. More
Yesterday, December 30 I dropped off my 2017 sierra GMC truck for 3 things, oil change, adjust tire pressure to recommended weight and check out why my engine light was on. Prior to taking my vehicle I as truck for 3 things, oil change, adjust tire pressure to recommended weight and check out why my engine light was on. Prior to taking my vehicle I asked two different people if they took care of everything, they assured me they did. When driving home at the end of the day I checked all three above. The engine light was off, but the air pressure was still low and what I drove there with. The oil said it was still at 60%, not 100%. I contacted GMC about the above and was told to expect a callback. Today December 31, I received a text, I replied with the above. Shortly after I received a call from Melissa. She questioned whether I knew for sure the above was true? And that it happens frequently that the gauge on the truck doesn’t get reset and that yes the oil change was done. She made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, extremely disappointing to hear this attitude. Makes me think that how can I trust this company. She did tell me to come back in today, but it’s too cold and too far, plus I have plans today. Needless to say I seriously dissatisfied and now I have to go back, this is exhausting having to argue and also return More
Watch out for these shisters. My friend bought a 2 year old truck. Within 75 km the running boards quit. They refused to fix them. Said it’s not covered. I’m looking for a brand new truck.
