I will never use them again! Took my truck in for some minor repairs and 750.00 later. I was also told my brakes had only 1% left and needed new rotors that bil was to be over 950 Took my truck in for some minor repairs and 750.00 later. I was dubious, so I looked on the net for a mechanic that had high reviews and took my truck there. They fixed everything for 1000.00 less. Yup, my bill was 640.00 taxes in! And shaganapi we're going to charge me 1900.00. JUST WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU! You've lost all my business shag. More

Service appointment times I recently bought a 2015 Colorado and was told that it still had 1 free oil change on the vehicle. The dealership offers a drive in oil change prog I recently bought a 2015 Colorado and was told that it still had 1 free oil change on the vehicle. The dealership offers a drive in oil change program but the wait time is long. I specifically booked an appointment for have my oil change done and arrived 15 minutes early. At the Service checking desk i was told that i was put into the lineup behind vehicles that had arrived earlier as part of the drive in program. As a result I waited over two hours for the vehicle to have a simple oil change that has there as a result of pre-booked appointment. This is the first GM product that I have owned in many years and with this type of service program I will not be buying another GM. The staff booking the appointments made no attempt to explain to me that making an appointment is no different that just showing up. This customer service is totally unacceptable and it is unfortunate that I have to continue using this type of a dealership service plan to continue to validate my warranty. More

Horrible Customer Service I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a positive customer service experience. I was mistreated, lied to, ignored and overc I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a positive customer service experience. I was mistreated, lied to, ignored and overcharged when I brought my GMC Terrain in for a few warranty repairs. Service advisor had absolutely no knowledge about company's warranty policy. I was charged for something that I was told would be covered under warranty, and they won't refund my money nor did I receive an apology but apparently a free oil change makes up for everything.. I called and left messages with different advisors including the service managers and no one would return my phone calls. I was not informed my car still had a repair to be done after picking it up and once I noticed (after I left the dealership) I had to come back and speak to someone about it. The advisor had no idea that the techs had to order in a part and I was to make another appointment to have it fixed. Complete nightmare of an experience choosing this dealership and I will never bring my vehicle here again. And to top it off, what I was charged for wrongfully, my power window still doesn't work properly! More
