I called the dealership on Friday April 13 and asked to speak to Eddie Tawil through a referral from one of my friends who had dealt with him previous I called the dealership on Friday April 13 and asked to speak to Eddie Tawil through a referral from one of my friends who had dealt with him previously. I spoke to Eddie, and told him what i wanted, and gave him the price range i wanted to pay. The same day, he sent me an email with quotes, and did not force me to come . Normally from my experience, dealers always force you to come in before they give you prices; but not Eddie. I did not feel pressured at all, which was the main reason i went in the next day. I was welcomed/greeted by reps at the dealership and i felt right at home. Eddie and i went through the different trims of the Jeep Wrangler, along with the prices of each. Through the previous quotes i had received from other Jeep dealerships i was confident that the prices given by Eddie were the best. I Immediately accepted the offer given by Eddie. Once i agreed to the deal, he introduced me to Marc who took care of the finances, and the final sign off. Once again, no pressure sell on any extras. I signed on the same day i went in with the confidence that the price Eddie gave me, could not be beaten. I picked up the car today. A beautiful 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited JK. I can't wait until summer time driving! Overall, my experience was the best i have had at a car dealership. Both Marc and Eddie treated me as a friend and not a client, I highly recommend Seven View Chrysler when purchasing an automobile (especially with Eddie). The tow guy said that Seven View was one of the best service department. I walked into the service department, and it was busy.. After Domenic took care of his client, I was next.. Domenic assured me that he would take care of me, I thought OK.. Domenic ask me what happened.. he knew that I was really upset, but Domenic calmed me down,.. he asked all the right questions to get it right. Somewhere in the conversation I said I might as well get an oil change, my first oil change 5000KM. Next thing I know Domenic is calling a rental, I didn't have to ask!! That meant so much to me. Then we went over the report that he was writing up for the mechanics.. Domenic was very thorough, he noted everything I said.. my concerns.. Next thing I know .. the rental rep was at the door. for me. Domenic assured me that they will get this done..he would not hold my truck hostage..lol..Then as I was leaving.. I asked.. Oh.. don't forget the Oil Change.. he had already put in the request. I was impressed that he remembered, under the circumstances of morning chaos. Next day.. I get the call.. the Ram is ready.. Then I had to tell Domenic that I need to be assured that this will not happen again when I pull out of the driveway.. I had to tell him about my fear. I was in a serious car accident with a transport truck ( his fault) Further explained that I bought up to a RAM 1500 from a Venza to be safe on the road. Domenic told me that the Electrical Mechanic took it out for a drive and all ok.. BUT he will take it out.. I asked that he run it hard.. over bumps etc.. I get a call about an hour later.. Domenic took it out on his own.. up the 400 highwway.. Then I thought we are GOOD and arranged to pick it up. I was confident that the truck was good to go. I picked it up.. he explained what they did.. I was very satisfied.. left happy. But that was not the end.. Domenic called me the next day to see if everything was OK.. It was.a very positive expierence. So much so, I am taking my daughter next week to look at a new car!
