I loved that I didn’t feel neglected and that I made the right choice going back. I will continue to still with this dealership and look forward to working with them again in the future. In the past two years I attempted to show interest in purchasing two Rams. Because the specific salespersons are not there anymore, I made them aware before beginning a deal that they dropped the ball in purchasing two Rams. Did they ever……Kat, my rep and salesperson, worked so diligently and communicated in the most professional manner to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Even after the sale she is checking in to see if I am pleased with the truck. Quang and Andrew, sales supervisors, also played a big part in this transaction. They are excellent as well. Even when there was a small issue two weeks later they bent over backwards, acknowledged an oil change that didn’t get done got missed, fixed another issue at no charge. That’s the way to do it. Thank you to all who I mentioned that worked hard for me and made this an easy and great experience that stands out to me. More

What a fantastic place to buy new car, from start to finish Summer remained in constant contact with me and made the whole buying experience a real pleasure, she found me the exact car I wanted and really went that extra mile, afterwards she put me in contact with Andrew who was the worlds nicest guy who took my deposit over the phone which really helped me out as I’m nearly an hour from the dealership and I didn’t have to make any unnecessary trips but from now on this will be my go to place for a car and Summer and Andrew will be the team I’m looking to deal with in the future. This place may be a little out of the way for anyone living in the Winnipeg area but it’s totally worth the extra time given the exceptional service I have recieved :) More

Had a poor experience with a salesman several years ago. Went across the road to GM and bought my Ram Laramie off their lot instead. Fast forward a few years…figured I would give them a second chance when looking at trading in our suv that our family is outgrowing. I've been waiting for nearly 2 weeks for them to “get back to me” on the trade in value of my vehicle. I have decided to purchase another Ram Laramie, but it won’t be from Selkirk Chrysler. When you tell someone you will get back to them in the next couple days, but don’t, you make them feel as though they are not worth your precious time. So I will take my precious money elsewhere. Sorry that the second chance didn’t work out so well. Would be nice to deal more local. Oh well. More

They were not interested in paying for the key ,block heater or the full wheel alignment. Told me because I was negative in my review, there would not be any help. So what ? Being honest is not to there liking, that would mean I would have to lie, and say it was a fantabulous experience. Hmm. Not gonna happen. Bought a used SUV from here through Mark. This guy went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. There was constant updates from him every step of the way and he even hand delivered a courte above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
