Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Even people that weren’t directly involved in my sale were extremely helpful. I took my Parents whom both are in the 80"s car shopping to this dealership because online we saw a nice Chrysler 300s on line .We drove into the dealership looking for the car could not see it .This is whe to this dealership because online we saw a nice Chrysler 300s on line .We drove into the dealership looking for the car could not see it .This is when we met Lawrence Smith .He stopped us asked some questions ,we asked some questions and the next thing we knew Lawrence had that 300 parked out front clean and shiny already for a test drive .Which we did and my parents loved the car .They had for years a 300 but 2 days before they hit a deer and it totaled their car .So finding another 300 was perfect . Lawrence helped my parents through the whole process from beginning to end .He made sure they were completely comfortable with the car before they drove off the lot .My dad 84 was poking Lawrence for a T-shirt at least for buying the car ..lol .Lawrence gave him his very own polo from home brand new with the tags on it and gave it to my Dad ..My Dad wears it with pride Lawrence that was very awesome of you to do that !
