Just looking around... a week after I got a nice car!! I'm new in the country, so I don't have a big credit or insurance history. Tired of walk and use the bus, one day I just stopped at iCar and somebody I'm new in the country, so I don't have a big credit or insurance history. Tired of walk and use the bus, one day I just stopped at iCar and somebody start talking to me... I explained my situation and he said "well, lets see what we can do" (too bad that I can remember his name now). Then this person bring me to talk to Derek to check if it is possible to do something. Then Jake and Ryan were looking into my financial situation... I was expecting something like "maybe in few months, next year"... but was impressed and excited when they told me that I'm OK and that I can almost choose any car!!... Then we look into few cars, of course I started to look something better than I thought... then test drive, and all of this in a Friday after 6pm. After few days I got my car. Was very nice that I didn't do anything, they helped me with all the necessary administrative stuff and to get a good equipment for the winter, which is very important for somebody that is new in the country. I'm very happy with my car and now Derek hates me because I bought the car that he loves... LOL Thanks you guys, you are the best!! More

Making the worse experience I've ever had the best I went to icar a year ago and had a less than lovely experience with them. After hearing this, Derek asked me to come back to re-visit the situation. I went to icar a year ago and had a less than lovely experience with them. After hearing this, Derek asked me to come back to re-visit the situation. Skeptical, I went back to them and they worked out a deal for me. I wasn't impressed with their first offer and when they heard this, they did everything they could to get my trade in value to what I wanted it to be. By the end, they got me into a sweet sports car that was way better than the one I traded in with the same car payments I was making on the original car. Jake and Derek are a hoot to deal with and really paid attention to what I was saying. Loving the car they got me into and am definitely willing to go back to deal with them again. More
