Good Day to all, This motorcar was sold on March 18th 2021. This motorcar was purchased by Segal Motorcar from an Authorized Porsche Dealer who provided a safety certificate with the CPO service. Dated Feb 17 2021 @16,034km. The same Authorized Porsche Dealer would perform a CPO extended warranty service on Feb 18 2021 @ 16,035 km, prior to our purchase. All inspections were passed successfully in order to comply with CPO regulations through Porsche. We supplied a Carfax to the purchaser of this motorcar showing an incident report: Oct 16, 2020 - Accident Reported with Another Vehicle. No claim was made. Value is 0$. This was additionally noted on the sale agreement for transparency. The entire chronological history of service was provided for this motorcar to the purchaser both for preview and included with the motorcar when sold. Photos were provided at the time of sale showing full functionality in the roof operation which is evident in the images including both roof open and closed positions. The motorcar was sold to the purchaser on March 18 2021 with 16,087km. Purchaser has stated this vehicle was kept in storage and not driven while awaiting parts. In July of 2021 the purchaser serviced the motorcar with an Authorized Porsche Dealer @16,911km. At this time the customer stated to Porsche that the roof was non-operational. The service record shows Porsches analysis and resolution as follows: Verified roof would not open when tested. Connected to a charger and scanned with PT3. Generated VAL. Fault for rotation angle sensor. Signal implausible. Fault not current or active. Checked fault history, found battery was discharged previously and only 700km driven since. Suspect calibration values were lost during low voltage event. Recalibrated targa roof. Checked function and opened roof multiple times without error. Customer to monitor. Note: Vehicle has been continuously driven, no starting or battery issues that we are aware of. The purchaser identified he had not driven the car while it was awaiting parts to repair his targa roof from July of 2021 with 16,911km apx. A recent invoice provided by the purchaser showed a service performed to repair a damaged roof on Feb 27 2023 @22,383km which would indicate usage of 6,296km. We have offered a fully transparent process from the time of inquiry to time of delivery. This motorcar would not have passed the CPO Porsche inspection without perfect operation of the complete motorcar and all roof functions. We wish the best for all our customers and motorcars!

On February 26th 2021 at Porsche Downtown Toronto a problem with the roof was noted with the car having 15938 miles. On July 8th 2021 with the car having 16911 miles I brought the car in to Porsche Edmonton for roof repairs and they noted it had previously been in an accident and could not repair it and Porsche voided warranty. On August 25th I took it to Modern Autobody who looked at it and said they were unable to repair it. They said the right door had been replaced, the hood removed, found parts from the roof in the back etc. Said the roof had to be repaired by a Porsche Dealer. They took over 100 pictures. I took it back to the Porsche Dealer who then ordered parts May 6/2022 with the car having 17127 kl. on it. I then took it on a 5000 kl road trip with strict orders not to open the roof. Due to the pandemic parts never came in until September of 2022 however the Porsche Dealer said they could not repair it until the winter. Upon starting the repair they advised they needed to order additional parts. Repairs were completed in February 2023. I've not picked up the car yet so am hopeful after 2 years it's been properly repaired. So either Porsche Downtown Toronto or Mr Seigal or both were aware of this Porsche being in a serious accident. I have been made aware of other less than honest transactions by this Dealer. Buyer beware.

We sold this motorcar to a leasing company we have dealt with for 35+ years. A valid, current safety certificate was provided with a neutral party. The motorcar was viewed in detail, test driven, and went through all detailed paperwork of service history etc by Mr k at our dealership. After delivery, Mr K went to an authorized dealer for inspection (which we have on hand), and was given proper and clean bill of health with no mention of any tire issue what so ever. Mr K drove this motorcar for numerous month's, and accumulated near 7,000 additional kilometres. After this time Mr K then called our dealership requesting money for tires that had now been worn out. We did not agree this should be our cost. Ultimately, as we value relationships far more than the cost of four tires, we did provide the payment of for four brand new tires to this guest. We have been in business for 37+ years, and try to be very accurate in presentation. We pride ourselves on transparency, providing documentation for each motorcar we sell.
