Break Pad Fell Off Truck Took truck in after rear brake pad fell off driving through and intersection and nearly crashed my car. Was told by the service manager it was normal Took truck in after rear brake pad fell off driving through and intersection and nearly crashed my car. Was told by the service manager it was normal due to not having the breaks serviced. He hadn't a clue what he was talking about and I got jammed with a 1000 dollar bill for back breaks and rotors as the rotors were "worn". I kept the parts and measure the Rotors and they have less than 10% wear as well as the pads. I told them I was completely unhappy as its a new truck (1 year old) and the pad shouldn't just fall off. I was told that it happens all the time!!!! Happens all the time? Talked to the Manager and he said that they would help me out..... A thousand bucks is helping me out, and to top of it all off I was charged for a tire rotation when they had all the tires off. Brutal way to do business. No customer service at all. I will not recommend anyone to this place as all they car about is numbers out the door. They don't have to worry about mine moving forward! More

Poor Customer Service - Sales I went to pick up my new Grand Caravan from the Dealership through the ARI fleet Leasing company. The individual dealing with leased vehicles, gave me I went to pick up my new Grand Caravan from the Dealership through the ARI fleet Leasing company. The individual dealing with leased vehicles, gave me the papers to sign and then at the door of his office gave me the keys to the vehicle and pointed to the van in the parking lot where the vehicle was. I was shocked with the utter disregard for the customer service, I would have expected him to walk with me to the car, make sure I was happy with the colour and it met my order requirement before handing me the keys and saying, enjoy your vehicle. Even the car was not very clean on the exterior and the inside door handle of the vehicle was dirty. This is my fourth Dodge Caravan in the last 10 years. I was using this dealer for servicing my van and happy with the service. After this incident and the way I was treated I will definitely take my business elsewhere. More
Coming from Ottawa I've purchased 6 different vehicles from this dealership. Karim and Peter Poon gave me the best deals and best service and put up with allot from me. I haven't had servicing done to any of the vehicles purchased there as I live in Ottawa. Thanks More
These guys are the reason the term "stealership" was coined. Have had numerous Chrysler products serviced here over a span of many years, some for warranty work, recalls, or just general maintenance. I will not be going here for service again, as the attitude of their service staff is poor to say the least. They've lied to me on a number of occasions regarding necessary service on my vehicle, and don't care when they screw up. If you're going to tell me that I need a new serpentine belt because it's "glazed", you should probably check your own records which indicate that I HAD YOU CHANGE IT only a few months prior. I wish this idiot service advisor bothered looking at the service history of the vehicle, because if he did, he would've known that I had them change it fairly recently before he made this suggestion. I didn't know serpentine belts needed to be changed at every oil change. After having a vehicle in there for an oil change a few years ago, I popped the hood after it was finished only to find a disconnected breather hose. They also pulled a spark plug and told me they needed to be changed, even though the vehicle was well below the recommended mileage for this service (according to the owner's manual). After I brought this up, they told me they recommended changing them anyways due to the fact that, if left in the cylinder head for too long, they (the spark plugs) would become seized. More xx. The most recent screw up involves them not wanting to help out when I brought in my 300c due to some transmission issues occurring within a month of them servicing the transmission. They were informed of the symptoms as well as the code it threw, but the first thing they wanted was $$ for a diagnosis. I'm not paying them $100 to read the same code that I provided for them myself. Seems a little suspect that my perfectly running vehicle would start having shifting problems within a month of these clowns servicing the transmission, but they just don't care. These idiots were also adamant that Chrysler Canada wouldn't do anything to help out (being that the vehicle was just a couple months outside of powertrain warranty), but to their credit, Corporate DID help out, it just required going through the appropriate channels at A DIFFERENT dealership. Do yourself a favor and don't bother dealing with these clowns, as they obviously don't understand what it means to offer good customer service, and their lack of professionalism certainly indicates that they don't want to bother holding onto their customers.
