The Service is what keeps me coming back. The layout of the entrance for the service centre is 2nd to none. Two lounges are provided to wait with free WIFI as well as a restaurant for breakfast or lunch. When you layout your second largest personal investment for a car you should feel good about how you are treated, and Scarborough Toyota has done this for me. More

I was extremely satisfied with his service and can easily see why he is the service manager.Those managerial skills definitely show through.He was kind, to the point and i felt valued as a customer. He was even able to fix my long over due problem with that wind shield spray power. Hopefully, my salt covered car didn't ruin his white shirt dress shirt as he fixed my car himself! I did not go in with the idea of fixing my spray power, just the blade. But he was more than willing to help when i asked about it generally. It is great to know there is still genuine service available out there at dealerships and even managers are able to get on the floor and do the work themselves.
