Awesome service On Fri. 19 Dec. I brought my Matrix for a winter tire removal from existing rims to have them installed on the rims that had the all seasons already i On Fri. 19 Dec. I brought my Matrix for a winter tire removal from existing rims to have them installed on the rims that had the all seasons already installed. So that meant the removal of a total of 8 tires off of 8 rims and install of 4 tires on the proper rims. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jay. Jay was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately,I neglected to tell him by what time I needed the car back. Meanwhile I took advantage of the client lounge and visited the show room. I ran across Hadi Loudin, the salesman who sold me my car. I took advantage of our meeting to mention to him that I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle. We also discussed some of the cars presently in the showroom. I mentioned to Hadi that I wanted to test drive a Sienna. Hadi was kind enough to arrange the test drive of 2011 Sienna. After the test drive, I realized I was going to be late to pick up my son at his bus stop. I made Hadi aware of that and he went directly over to Jay in order to have the repair speeded up. He then proceeded to ask his supervisor and the service manager to make arrangement to get me to the bus stop. Due to reasons out of their control, they were unable to help me out. It was at this time that Hadi offered to drive me. Thanks to Hadi I was able to pickup my son on time. I had been meaning to review Hadi's great customer service when he assisted us with the purchase of our vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with his friendly and helpful manner while we were shopping and comparing cars. It is often said that it is after sales service that define good customer service and Hadi's great service on Friday the 19th of December exemplifies that statement. Not only was he extremely pleasant and helpful when I wanted to test drive a Sienna; but he went out of his way to try to get me transportation while my car was still being repaired. Having tried internal avenues, Hadi took it upon himself to drive me in his own car even though he had an upcoming engagement. I would like thank Hadi for the great services with my purchase of our vehicle a few months back but I like to commend him for his service above and beyond while I was having my tires installed yesterday. His efforts to co-ordinate between Jay;the service advisor who was quite helpful himself; the service manager and the sales manager, made me feel like I had an advocate and a friend on my side. His decision to drive me in his vehicle went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks to Hadi I have a new outlook on what dealerships can offer to all their clients but more so what this Toyota dealership has to offer me. It is because of him and to some small measure all the other people working at Scarborough Toyota, that I will be back to have any other repairs and maintenance done on my Matrix, I believe Hadi should be recognized for the help and service he gave me over the course of Friday the 19th of December 2014. More
Major waste of time Terrible! Dealership overbooked appts. & I wasted 3 hours in an overheated mall because they had not taken my car in appt.time. Not impressed with th Terrible! Had to take car unserviced because of another appt. booked the same day. Sorry doesn't cut it as far as I am concerned when you book 3 weeks in advance for an appt. More

Outstanding Service! The quality of service that we have received from Scarborough Toyota service department has been exceptionally good. Our older Rav4 has required much The quality of service that we have received from Scarborough Toyota service department has been exceptionally good. Our older Rav4 has required much work lately and our service advisor, Jason Ells has provided excellent advice and service. He carefully explains our options and utilizes every possible way for us to get the work done efficiently both in time and expense. On several occasions, he has located other parts for us to help keep the costs down. We had a few issues that kept reoccurring and Jason diligently kept the mechanics searching until the problems were resolved. He personally test drove our car to make sure the car ran perfectly. As well, he had our car fully cleaned and detailed, even the tires!. His expertise and personal attention are highly valued. We have never received this kind of service from any other car dealership so we have become faithful clients of Scarborough Toyota. Much thanks to Jay (Jason) Ells! More

Collision Centre & Maintenance Service - A+ I brought my car in to the Scarborough Toyota Collision Centre and also had maintenance work done on my vehicle. As a result of an accident, I brou I brought my car in to the Scarborough Toyota Collision Centre and also had maintenance work done on my vehicle. As a result of an accident, I brought the vehicle to the Collision Centre. Donna was very pleasant, professional and attentive. I was very happy with the service I received. The car looks wonderful! After the repairs from the car accident, I also had maintenance done on the vehicle and dealt with Jeanneth. She was really good about explaining my car's needs and also checked what was under warranty. The car is running great! These two employees have made my experience easy and pleasant. First Visit to Service Dept. At Scarborough Toyota Today was my first visit to the Service Depatrment at Scarborough Toyota. Upon pulling into the centre I was immediately greeted by a service associat Today was my first visit to the Service Depatrment at Scarborough Toyota. Upon pulling into the centre I was immediately greeted by a service associate who not only directed me on where to park my vehicle, but he introduced himself, although I cannot remember his name, and he promptly located Gord. I had a scheduled appointment with the Service Manager Gord De Castro. Although I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, Gord greeted me within 5 minutes of my arrival. My vehicle is only 2 months old, so I had lots of questions re accessories. Gord was VERY patient, courteous, knowledgeable,and professional as he responded to all my questions. Gord provided an estimated time for my service completion, and as promised, my vehicle was ready on time; as a busy Mom I was very grateful for that. The free wifi and coffee turned my wait time into some "me time". Had I not met Gord at the new owners' seminar, I probably would not have returned to the dealership for service needs. Prior to the seminar, I perceived that service at dealerships was always overpriced. The seminar encouraged me to try the dealership and Gord and his team's service today confirmed I made the correct decision.
