With winter arriving, the search for an appropriate set of 20" winter tires began. Not only did parts manager Keith Hu-a-kam go the extra mile to arrange for the winter package but the ones he found have preformed optimally and I have received nothing but compliments about the wheels and rims - they look sharp. Awesome service On Fri. 19 Dec. I brought my Matrix for a winter tire removal from existing rims to have them installed on the rims that had the all seasons already i On Fri. 19 Dec. I brought my Matrix for a winter tire removal from existing rims to have them installed on the rims that had the all seasons already installed. So that meant the removal of a total of 8 tires off of 8 rims and install of 4 tires on the proper rims. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Jay. Jay was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately,I neglected to tell him by what time I needed the car back. Meanwhile I took advantage of the client lounge and visited the show room. I ran across Hadi Loudin, the salesman who sold me my car. I took advantage of our meeting to mention to him that I was extremely satisfied with my vehicle. We also discussed some of the cars presently in the showroom. I mentioned to Hadi that I wanted to test drive a Sienna. Hadi was kind enough to arrange the test drive of 2011 Sienna. After the test drive, I realized I was going to be late to pick up my son at his bus stop. I made Hadi aware of that and he went directly over to Jay in order to have the repair speeded up. He then proceeded to ask his supervisor and the service manager to make arrangement to get me to the bus stop. Due to reasons out of their control, they were unable to help me out. It was at this time that Hadi offered to drive me. Thanks to Hadi I was able to pickup my son on time. I had been meaning to review Hadi's great customer service when he assisted us with the purchase of our vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with his friendly and helpful manner while we were shopping and comparing cars. It is often said that it is after sales service that define good customer service and Hadi's great service on Friday the 19th of December exemplifies that statement. Not only was he extremely pleasant and helpful when I wanted to test drive a Sienna; but he went out of his way to try to get me transportation while my car was still being repaired. Having tried internal avenues, Hadi took it upon himself to drive me in his own car even though he had an upcoming engagement. I would like thank Hadi for the great services with my purchase of our vehicle a few months back but I like to commend him for his service above and beyond while I was having my tires installed yesterday. His efforts to co-ordinate between Jay;the service advisor who was quite helpful himself; the service manager and the sales manager, made me feel like I had an advocate and a friend on my side. His decision to drive me in his vehicle went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks to Hadi I have a new outlook on what dealerships can offer to all their clients but more so what this Toyota dealership has to offer me. It is because of him and to some small measure all the other people working at Scarborough Toyota, that I will be back to have any other repairs and maintenance done on my Matrix, I believe Hadi should be recognized for the help and service he gave me over the course of Friday the 19th of December 2014.
