I’ve been with Ford and Mitsubishi. Since 2016, I got the Highlander XLE AWD and service by this location. I had a fantastic experience with Jalal Attayee who is the Express Service Advisor at Scarborough Toyota at 1897 Eglinton venue East,Scarborough. As soon as I entered the area there were other service adv the Express Service Advisor at Scarborough Toyota at 1897 Eglinton venue East,Scarborough. As soon as I entered the area there were other service advisors who were busy with their activities like working or talking to one another.This gentleman noticed me kind of lost and got my attention with eye to eye contact.He gestured me to come over.Thank God I got the best service advisor.He was patient and understood my problem.He discussed the issue with another colleague and advised me of what to expect.The good and the not so good.He made me mentally prepared and finally as luck wanted it,everything went well. He asked me to be seated and made me completely comfortable,All my issues were taken care off.I was assured to be dropped and picked up.I got two calls to completely inform me about the progress made and even about the delay.I liked the transparency that Jalal maintained.Very polite and soft spoken person and easy to work with.Thankyou Jalaj because you are the first person I met at Scarborough Toyota service department who is humble,courteous and willing to listen. I somehow managed to drive over a nail and puctured my front tire. I can't explain how happy I am to have the Toyota raod side assistance. I was able to get my car safely to the service center. If it weren't for Jalal at the service center I would have lost it. My tire was a little complicated. In the end Jalal and the manager took great care of me. Repairing any part of your vehicle can be stressful. I can assure that you will be well taken care of here from start to finish.
