Spoiled break rotors 2 times The service is worst ever and I dont know who gave it high rating. This mechanical service never changed break pods on time until rotors are damaged! Looks like they make money on your breaks - this story happened 2 times on both my cars - avoid them at all cost! More

Service from the Best!! I had an unexpected visit on Monday because I had 2 flat tires on Saturday. Had Road Side got me up and going so that I could take it into Jenneth. I had an unexpected visit on Monday because I had 2 flat tires on Saturday. Had Road Side got me up and going so that I could take it into Jenneth. She has always taken care of me and my Camrys. When I explained what was going on she could tell that I was really upset - I had not idea what was happening with my car.... When I purchased this car she mad suggestions about what coverage I should look at and it paid off!!! I would never go to any other place - Insurance sent me somewhere else once and NEVER again will I let them. Jenneth and Scarborough take excellant care of me and my car!!! More

We had a complex issue with our car, that the employees at Brimell Toyota refused to fix (even though they sold us the car), but the Scarborough Toyota employees were able to resolve the issue. They provided professional advice and service for our needs and fixed the issue by connecting with other departments. Highly recommend this center! More
