Great experience for a unfortunate event It was a brand new Toyota Corolla with less than 1400 Km on it.A few days before Christmas and my son had an accident. He was professional and attentive with us and answered all our rather repetitive and i am sure needless questions. Henry always returned phone calls or emails even when very busy sometimes which was excellent customer service and he is very easy to communicate with especially since he very knowledgeable with Toyota's. When it becomes hard to figure out what I need when looking for a "hard to find" part, we always found a way to solve the issue and get what we need.
