Took my hubby’s RAV4 to Jeanneth Lagman for concerns over a drained battery. Simple you might think, but because it happens 3 times in a span of less than 3 years got me worried. She had everything checked a drained battery. Simple you might think, but because it happens 3 times in a span of less than 3 years got me worried. She had everything checked and had the battery charged- assuring that all is good for us to go.. I took my RAV 4 SUV into Toyota on Eglinton Ave on August 3/22. I had scheduled an appt for detailing, oil change and maintenance check. When I dropped my car off at 10am, my Service Advisor Jeanneth Lagma 3/22. I had scheduled an appt for detailing, oil change and maintenance check. When I dropped my car off at 10am, my Service Advisor Jeanneth Lagman told me that my car would not be ready until 2pm the next day because of an issue with detailing. I accepted that fact and Jeanneth made arrangements for an Uber to take me home. Once in the Uber the driver told me he couldn’t drive me home because the address he was given was in Toronto vs Scarborough where I live. The rude Uber driver ordered me out of his car but I refused because we were on a busy street under heavy construction in the middle of boarded up businesses and I felt unsafe. Not to mention the temperature was in the mid 80’s. I called Toyota for assistance and I spoke with a receptionist named Gail who told me I must get out of the Uber and she would call me another one. What? This is the best assistance I can get? Ultimately I changed Ubers. When I arrived home, I sent Jeanneth a text telling her of my experience asking her to call me at home. She never called. I sent another text 90 minutes later asking for a call and again she never called. I called the dealership around 5pm because I wanted to know the status of my car and was told by Gail that the status was “on hold” and wouldn’t be started on until the next day. If Toyota wasn’t going to start on my car, why would I even have had to leave it that day? I knew the detailing was delayed but why couldn't the oil change and maintenance check be completed? I told Gail that I wanted to speak with someone in service and she said Service Advisor Joseph would call me back. At 8:00pm, I still have not heard from anyone. Worst customer service EVER!!! More
