Avrom Brown handled this for me, with humour, and arranged repairs so as to disrupt my week as little as possible. Both he and my service advisor are deeply knowledgeable and they both approach their jobs with a view that the state of my satisfaction is as important as the state of my car. That is both rare and deeply appreciated. More

AWESOME Chris is one the best in the business . I brought my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid for fixing the repair they did on May and no questions asked he said he Chris is one the best in the business . I brought my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 hybrid for fixing the repair they did on May and no questions asked he said he will take care of it. At the same time , he fixed the other collission claim in 3 days. I thought it was a rush but when I saw my car it is almost brand new again as if nothing happen. Chris will be one of the reason why I will make Scarborough Toyota my home dealership.
