Above average service Needed immediate service on two occasions in the past two months on my RAV 4. First was back door which would not close and the second was oil leaking Needed immediate service on two occasions in the past two months on my RAV 4. First was back door which would not close and the second was oil leaking in my driveway. Called this dealership and got appointments right away on both occasions, despite the fact I was not known to them. On the first occasion, the door was fixed in five minutes in the lobby area at no cost. On the second, was initially told by reception that my car could not even be looked at on that day and it would have to be left. However, the Assistant Service Manager whom I knew from the first incident and his Tech person, had the car on the hoist immediately and diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Told me it would take between one and one and a half hours to do. Was done in one hour and twenty minutes!! More

We had a recurrent and hard to solve problem with our Corolla. Gord took the time to carefully assess the problem, search for solutions, and kept us informed about the progress of the solution. He was thorough and responsive to our concerns and made sure he, not only harnessed all the resources, even from Toyota Canada, but also ensure the problem was solved in a timely way and that we were satisfied with the solution. We highly recommend Gord for his knowledge, expertise, and customer-centric approach, where the customer is always put first. Manny, from whom we had initially purchased the vehicle, was made aware of the recurrent nature of the problem we faced with the Corolla. He responded almost instantaneously to make sure that things moved quickly and that the right personnel was brought to bear on the solution. He called us back within half an hour of his learning about the problem. He reassured us that the problem would be solved promptly and checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the service we got. We unreservedly recommend Manny for his professionalism, customer relationship focus, and genial manner. More

A very good experience with Avrum Brown Dr. Grogan and I have been loyal clients of Scarborough Toyota for more than twenty years. We have purchased cars from Paul Morton who is very knowled Dr. Grogan and I have been loyal clients of Scarborough Toyota for more than twenty years. We have purchased cars from Paul Morton who is very knowledgable and have had excellent service under the watchful eyes of Gord Decastro and Jack Zamitti. Any required body work over the years has been carefully overseen by Chris Seagrove. In every situation we have been extremely satisfied with the experience. This fall we were visited by a bear at our cottage who was out one night looking for food. The bear broke into three of our cars and significantly damaged the exterior doors on the driver side and the rear seat of my Highlander. After advising the insurance company I went directly to Scarborough Toyota Collision Repair Centre to visit with Chris Seagrove. To my dismay, Chris wasn't there and I was directed to Avrom Brown whom I had not previously met. I was concerned but need not to have been. Avrom assured me that he would look after everything and he delivered on his promise. He took pictures, made arrangements with the insurance company and coordinated my rental vehicle with them. He was professional, clearly cared about my car and contacted me to pick up my car at the time he had promised. He also arranged for the return of the rental vehicle. Thank you Avrom for allowing me to feel proud to drive my Highlander away from your shop. To me it's as though the bear didn't drop by. More
