Jeanette is fantastic because she really took a personal interest in my car whenever I come for service and she will explain to me everything she was going to do with my car and what problems I might have with something that I hadn't even noticed like the headlights, tires, fluids etc. Just Like when I came to put my snow tires, while replacing the tires they notice something leaking under the front hood and they’ve done to investigate and it shows I need some repair where this leaking is coming from, otherwise if they did not fix the leak it will cause more problems for the car and that is important specially if you are a women driver. I've had this car for 10 years and I felt very confident that Jeanette was able to do the job correctly and properly and I’m happy for her professional and friendly approach to her client. More
