Hi I am a Toyota customer from last 3 yrs. I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with th I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with the service provided by them during my all service time. One example is CAR wash is included in my warranty but they never did it. Last April I did my 5th regular service. During that time they put sticker saying that my last service is on OCTOBER 2023. I asked your staff that why OCTOBER as my contract is going to expire on SEPTEMBER. He answered me that it will be your last service for extended warranty. It doesn't be any problem within that period. While taking my appointment I called Scarborough Toyota to schedule me on SEPTEMBER but the lady on the phone told me that I can't take appointment before October as it is not 6 months from previous service. Then I took the appointment for today (7 October) at 9:00 am. When I reached there at the service desk your staff told me that my warranty is expired so I have to pay for the service. I explained him everything. Asked him to see the sticker. He was not helpful. He then informed the service manager (Henry). Henry came to my car. I showed him the sticker and explained him everything. He told me that he is only covering staff today so I need to call or visit to see the weekdays service manager (Harilal) This is company mistake. Why should I be victim for their mistakes. I want my last service to be done. I am now enough with this dealership. Only they want to trap the customer and do nothing. I will fight for my right until I can. It is totally harassment case. My extended warranty also includes my remote replacement. But the person today was not helpful. I need my all answers and my last service done. Hope to be solved. I have my sticker which show that my last service is on October 2023. More

I had my 2020 highlander serviced today, August 1, 2023. I have Shafik Jaffer as my advisor on this visit. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled my visit. He was respectful and prompt. The service only last for about 35 minutes and everything was done including washing the car. Thank you very much Shafik. Oh, and I don't have to pay anything on this visit. Thanks again!! More

Whenever I've tried to make an appointment online or via chat - I never receive a response, so I tend to drive-in for Express Service. The service seems good, but the last time I was there, the car that dro chat - I never receive a response, so I tend to drive-in for Express Service. The service seems good, but the last time I was there, the car that drove in behind me was served first and I ended up waiting a long time to be served. Although there were many employees around, apparently only one was serving customers. In addition to the oil change, I asked if I could have an estimate on a repair. I would expect a mechanic to look at the car and provide an estimate, like any mechanic/body shop you might go to. Instead, I was told to go price the part myself at the shop. When I asked if I could be given a price, which would include labour, the employee ended up taking me to the shop (after telling me a few times to do it myself) and then to another desk to ask about labour - since it wasn't 'his department'. In the end, no one looked at the car - just took my word for what should be repaired. There may have been other things that a mechanic would have suggested...I found this very odd. I would expect more from the dealer. Anywhere else, I would have gotten a complete quote/estimate with a diagnosis of the full problem and any additional recommendations. More
I drove 2 hours to do the service. Servo advisors are refusing to book me in because it was their lunch time. Very poor service and price is very high.
