THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK! This location is the absolute worse. I came back to this location because it was closer to me since I moved back home. I’ve been to this location to service my car 5 times this year only since it’s been dying CONSISTENTLY and all they do is keep testing the battery and saying “it’s okay” rather than actually looking into other possible reasons why the battery could be dying and why my car’s needed a boost so often. They kept my car a couple nights over night just to turn on and off and wait for it to die instead of it actually being worked on and looked after. Fifth visit, I specifically asked the manager why the same issue keeps happening and why each visit, they couldn’t tell me anything about the situation, all that was told to me was, “we don’t know why it’s happening.” I specifically asked for the manager the fifth time, again, and once I got there the manager DISMISSED ME and just told the service advisor over the phone to say “tell her we’re just going to a diagnostic this time and charge her.” 5 times, same issue, no resolution. They’re all ok here because while people are cutting work and work hours to try and get the situation resolved that never gets resolved because no one here seems to care to do their job properly. I came back twice in April for the same issue and not once could anyone tell me what was wrong. All their resolution was, “we didn’t charge you for the diagnostics.” Well, thank you?? I mean, it would suck id you charged me $340+tax for an issue they couldn’t and STILL CAN’T resolve. I had friends that worked here too and they were giving me all the details about this place which were basically warnings to avoid this place at all times since the service advisors and manager I dealt with, aren’t educated in this sector. Just got their positions and promotions through knowing mutual people. Save yourself some time. Go to Yorkdale Toyota or Markville Toyota. More

Parts Section. If you guys will buy here just FYI the parts guys have no idea about the parts and will never disclose if the item your buying is returnable or not. "All return parts must be in original package within 10 days accompannied by the invoice return goods subject to 25% restocking charge no return on electrical & special order parts" I bought 2 jags of Power Steering Fuild, I told the parts guy with the beard his the only one, the year and model of the car, if he knows what he's doing then he should have said that it does not need power steering fluid unless he just want to make a sale. Canadian Tire guys are better than him they will tell you if you need it or not some are know about the car but working in Toyota Delaership does not know car parts hmmm. I know it's not much but $21 is still $21. So if you guys out there wants to buy from them make the initiative your self to ask what is the return policy as they will not disclose it. Also just want to say it was not even the original Toyota power steering fluid the guy only sold me Mobil 1 ATF4 he said there is no original toyota power steering fluid he said. I would take these as bad experience from Toyota Dealership. More
I had an unfortunate scrape on the side of my car. The job was done to perfection and the paint matching was stunning. I couldn't be happier! They also buffed out a few small marks and made the car look like new! I highly recommend the work they do at Scarborough Toyota Collision Repair Center! Shazir Karim made sure I was 100% satisfied with the bodywork before leaving. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, with exceptional professional customer service and customer focus. As an unexpected bonus, they washed and cleaned my car inside and out! More

Today I went around 11:00 am to Jeanneth Lagman assistant service manager. When I dropped off my car I informed them the only needed service was to perform transmission service Ws. Remove contaminated fluid service manager. When I dropped off my car I informed them the only needed service was to perform transmission service Ws. Remove contaminated fluid and replace it with new fluid. At that time she did not mention anything about the airbag light which was not there when I dropped off my car. But then later she called me and informed me about the airbag light and she mentioned that the technician confirmed that there is a light that needs to be diagnosed and she asked me for $340 for labour charge. Over the phone she kept insisting to get the airbag diagnosed and she asked me to come over and show me where the light is coming out since I also asked the safety check. She changed me $200 for the safety check of which my car did not pass because of the light. When I went to pick up my car Jeanneth or the technician was not able to show me the airbag light that stayed on and forced me to pay the safety check price even though they didn’t complete the safety check throughly. This is a big SCAM by Scarborough Toyota to cheat innocent people who really don’t know about their car. The total came to 579 dollars and 55 cents. Very disappointed with Scarborough Toyota and I will let my family and friends know not to come. More
Hi I am a Toyota customer from last 3 yrs. I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with th I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with the service provided by them during my all service time. One example is CAR wash is included in my warranty but they never did it. Last April I did my 5th regular service. During that time they put sticker saying that my last service is on OCTOBER 2023. I asked your staff that why OCTOBER as my contract is going to expire on SEPTEMBER. He answered me that it will be your last service for extended warranty. It doesn't be any problem within that period. While taking my appointment I called Scarborough Toyota to schedule me on SEPTEMBER but the lady on the phone told me that I can't take appointment before October as it is not 6 months from previous service. Then I took the appointment for today (7 October) at 9:00 am. When I reached there at the service desk your staff told me that my warranty is expired so I have to pay for the service. I explained him everything. Asked him to see the sticker. He was not helpful. He then informed the service manager (Henry). Henry came to my car. I showed him the sticker and explained him everything. He told me that he is only covering staff today so I need to call or visit to see the weekdays service manager (Harilal) This is company mistake. Why should I be victim for their mistakes. I want my last service to be done. I am now enough with this dealership. Only they want to trap the customer and do nothing. I will fight for my right until I can. It is totally harassment case. My extended warranty also includes my remote replacement. But the person today was not helpful. I need my all answers and my last service done. Hope to be solved. I have my sticker which show that my last service is on October 2023. More
