On the contrary this dealership from the time I called to check for this specific Sienna (Tech package). Mr Sergio Belcastro was assigned to deal with me and he called me back. Did not push me, but followed up in a very professional manner. We arrived on our booked appointment and were greeted right from the receptionist who knew our time slot and welcomed us, paged Sergio and we were on the go. The price which we asked for was low as per the Sales Manager Mr Richard Alam but he worked on it and matched it. He did come out and meet us, unlike other place where the manager only came out when we were ready to leave the premises to tell us that we made him wait and miss his dinner with his family. Here Mr Alam was asking what would it take to make the deal happen. Just yesterday, Sergio called and confirmed the color of our choice was arranged and the car we signed for is being prepared with the extras we ordered. We are very happy with the services offered by the dealership and have no reservations to recommend to any one who needs to buy a Toyota vehicle at the best price in town and service which is pristine/prime/top of line.
