Visit for Service (maintenance) I had the regular maintenance last Saturday 05 Mar 2016 for my Rav4 LE 2014, 3 days after (08 March 2016) My car stop two times at 401, oil light was I had the regular maintenance last Saturday 05 Mar 2016 for my Rav4 LE 2014, 3 days after (08 March 2016) My car stop two times at 401, oil light was blinking! I called Toyota 24 Hour service for towing! I ask the towing to bring it at Scarborough Toyota. I saw how they open my engine and let oil flow out but almost notning drips. I am so upset, I saw the maintenance guy pulling out a broken black ring shape (maybe sealant). I was expecting my car to last longer, but seems like Im wrong!, FOR SURE THERE WILL BE AN EFFECT TO MY CAR THAT OIL LEAKAGE MAYBE NOT TODAY BUT SOON! prior to that i also had the hood deflector and window visor installed, it was night time, and in the morning minor scratches was all over my car! upset! More

You personally came to get me when my car was ready rather than sending the Shuttle car. Qaise came to greet me when I entered the dealership. I really appreciated this. He showed me that I wasn't just another sale, but that I mattered as a loyal Toyota client. When I had concerns about my CE winter tires fitting onto the LE, you guys made it possible to show me that it was not an issue. I know this is minor thing for you, but for me the cost of new winter tires/rims was an additional expense I did not want to incur. The deal on the LE that was offered to me was better than I expected. As I had mentioned, I had done some comparison online of my 2013 CE (which has the convenience pack) and the 2016 CE and thought my old CE had much more to offer than the new one. But I decided to hear you out. I am happy that I did. I know I made it a little harder for you to sell me on the LE, but seeing that this may be my last new purchase I had to be absolutely certain that I made the right choice. I now had a chance to drive the car to Peterborough and am very happy with my decision. Lito, I have no hesitation to refer family and friends to Toyota and especially to you. You have excellent customer service skills that anyone would appreciate. More
