He gave us a good advise on which car we have to choose (after discussing the details of specifications and terms for both models) though we both like the two models, my husband preferred the RAV 4 and I the CHR. And Sherman suggested the general rule of happiness to my husband which is “Happy Wife, Happy Life”, problem solved😁! Sunshine on a cloudy day! Jason Ellis was very organized helpful and funny. He estimated that our car would take 1 hour and 30 mins to service, and he was exactly right. We got there at 11:30am and were finished by 1pm. He also personally scrubbed the dirt spot off of my car which blew me away. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and accommodating. There's sofas, iPads and a beverage machine for gourmet coffee and tea. I was extremely happy with the service I received today! The weather was cold and gloomy, but the service was warm and bright 💖 More
