I ordered Toyota supra MT A91 on January the 4th of this year and this Agent Mr Abbas promised me to have this unit with in 3-6 months or earlier. Unfortunately, with in the range of 6 months he never hesit year and this Agent Mr Abbas promised me to have this unit with in 3-6 months or earlier. Unfortunately, with in the range of 6 months he never hesitate to call me and tell me what is happening to the unit I ordered. One time i called him and ask for update and quoted that the production is finished and by late June or July the car is ready and i can drive it and enjoy the summer. He had a sweet talk and very persuasive words. I called again by end of June and ask what is the update of the car and here he quoted that the production was stop and 2024 are starting to be produced. He told me to have this car by end of fall. I was pissed and upset because during that time I spent thousands to fix my garrage to house my Supra and its all lie. Mr. Abbas, don't promise if you are not sure. This is not a low end car. More
Purchase new 4Runner arrived at scheduled time for pick up sales person not around left standing for 45 minutes, vehicle not ready not washed or PDI performed. Accessories not installed. Two weeks later trying to get update on accessories 4 days of leaving voicemails and messages to call me with update, no returned call. Asked for manager was told will call by end of day, guess what no call!! Worst buying car experience in my life! Customer service is apparently their core value I have yet to see it! Sales manager rude telling me he will cancel deal on me due to their negligence! Stay away from this place!!! Woodbridge Toyota they know customer service! More

Whenever I've tried to make an appointment online or via chat - I never receive a response, so I tend to drive-in for Express Service. The service seems good, but the last time I was there, the car that dro chat - I never receive a response, so I tend to drive-in for Express Service. The service seems good, but the last time I was there, the car that drove in behind me was served first and I ended up waiting a long time to be served. Although there were many employees around, apparently only one was serving customers. In addition to the oil change, I asked if I could have an estimate on a repair. I would expect a mechanic to look at the car and provide an estimate, like any mechanic/body shop you might go to. Instead, I was told to go price the part myself at the shop. When I asked if I could be given a price, which would include labour, the employee ended up taking me to the shop (after telling me a few times to do it myself) and then to another desk to ask about labour - since it wasn't 'his department'. In the end, no one looked at the car - just took my word for what should be repaired. There may have been other things that a mechanic would have suggested...I found this very odd. I would expect more from the dealer. Anywhere else, I would have gotten a complete quote/estimate with a diagnosis of the full problem and any additional recommendations. More
I ordered a car early April I emailed him throughout the month and even called the receptionist to leave him a note and he still didn't get back to me. Now it's May 1... When I called to ask they said "oh Shant is not with Scarborough Toyota anymore." On top of not getting a curtsy message, and proper hand off, I found out the incoming unit I wanted and Shant told me that it was, is actually a factory order. He said these are the ones we have that are coming in so I had no choice and choose the blue one. This is my first car so I didn't know how to tell and what a VIN was but now I know to ask for it if that my car. But yea... Now I gotta wait an extra 2 months. Why dude? More
I drove 2 hours to do the service. Servo advisors are refusing to book me in because it was their lunch time. Very poor service and price is very high.
