Hi I am a Toyota customer from last 3 yrs. I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with th I purchased my Toyota RAV 4 on September 2023 from SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA. I bought extended warranty during my purchase agreement. Not satisfied with the service provided by them during my all service time. One example is CAR wash is included in my warranty but they never did it. Last April I did my 5th regular service. During that time they put sticker saying that my last service is on OCTOBER 2023. I asked your staff that why OCTOBER as my contract is going to expire on SEPTEMBER. He answered me that it will be your last service for extended warranty. It doesn't be any problem within that period. While taking my appointment I called Scarborough Toyota to schedule me on SEPTEMBER but the lady on the phone told me that I can't take appointment before October as it is not 6 months from previous service. Then I took the appointment for today (7 October) at 9:00 am. When I reached there at the service desk your staff told me that my warranty is expired so I have to pay for the service. I explained him everything. Asked him to see the sticker. He was not helpful. He then informed the service manager (Henry). Henry came to my car. I showed him the sticker and explained him everything. He told me that he is only covering staff today so I need to call or visit to see the weekdays service manager (Harilal) This is company mistake. Why should I be victim for their mistakes. I want my last service to be done. I am now enough with this dealership. Only they want to trap the customer and do nothing. I will fight for my right until I can. It is totally harassment case. My extended warranty also includes my remote replacement. But the person today was not helpful. I need my all answers and my last service done. Hope to be solved. I have my sticker which show that my last service is on October 2023. More

I had my 2020 highlander serviced today, August 1, 2023. I have Shafik Jaffer as my advisor on this visit. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled my visit. He was respectful and prompt. Came into the dealership couple of days ago looking to purchase a car. The sales employees sat and chatted with eachother for over 25 mins while I waited to be helped. Eventually I went back to the recept purchase a car. The sales employees sat and chatted with eachother for over 25 mins while I waited to be helped. Eventually I went back to the receptionist desk to ask if anyone would be helping me, to which Mya Bandakji responded, "oh, you don’t have an appointment so you have to wait". Never once was I told I had to have an appointment be helped. Nobody said hello or welcome when I walked in because everyone was busy chatting with their own staff. Anyways, I left and will definitely be dealing with a different Toyota dealer. Please reach your staff manners because we are the reason why your business runs. More

I ordered Toyota supra MT A91 on January the 4th of this year and this Agent Mr Abbas promised me to have this unit with in 3-6 months or earlier. Unfortunately, with in the range of 6 months he never hesit year and this Agent Mr Abbas promised me to have this unit with in 3-6 months or earlier. Unfortunately, with in the range of 6 months he never hesitate to call me and tell me what is happening to the unit I ordered. One time i called him and ask for update and quoted that the production is finished and by late June or July the car is ready and i can drive it and enjoy the summer. He had a sweet talk and very persuasive words. I called again by end of June and ask what is the update of the car and here he quoted that the production was stop and 2024 are starting to be produced. He told me to have this car by end of fall. I was pissed and upset because during that time I spent thousands to fix my garrage to house my Supra and its all lie. Mr. Abbas, don't promise if you are not sure. This is not a low end car. More
