"All return parts must be in original package within 10 days accompannied by the invoice return goods subject to 25% restocking charge no return on electrical & special order parts" I bought 2 jags of Power Steering Fuild, I told the parts guy with the beard his the only one, the year and model of the car, if he knows what he's doing then he should have said that it does not need power steering fluid unless he just want to make a sale. Canadian Tire guys are better than him they will tell you if you need it or not some are know about the car but working in Toyota Delaership does not know car parts hmmm. I know it's not much but $21 is still $21. So if you guys out there wants to buy from them make the initiative your self to ask what is the return policy as they will not disclose it. Also just want to say it was not even the original Toyota power steering fluid the guy only sold me Mobil 1 ATF4 he said there is no original toyota power steering fluid he said. I would take these as bad experience from Toyota Dealership. More
