He had several recommendations and also offered to test drive the cars at the same moment. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had giving me satisfaction with my purchase. The process of paperwork and transaction was smooth. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Overall my experience was pleasant and walked out as a happy customer. Appointment booked with Service Advisor Anwar A Scion Would like to share our xperience at Scarborough Toyota Scion on Tuesday February 15, 2022. Appointment booked with Service Advisor Anwar Ali who was probably having a really bad day as he did not greet or ask how my husband was doing he arrived for service Anwar was down right rude. Little background I have been a loyal customer and have been bringing my vehicles for service for past 8 years. Never have I had to face with this kind of treatment. On February 15 my husband brought RAV4 for - Battery purchase and install - Oil change - Inspection as car needs more work Service Advisor Anwar - Did not greet my husband upon arrival - Did not advise that car was due for yearly inspection - Did not know how much oil change costs yelled across floor to another service advisor asking him how much to charge my husband. Conversation between Service advisor and customer is not to be broadcasted. - He did not know how much battery purchase and install would cost when he had the work order for the car service he told my husband to speak with representative in parts department. - Did not offer shuttle drop off instead asked for $6.00 for Uber service - Did not acknowledge our presence when we went o pick up our car I will think twice about taking my car into this dealership and if I don’t have an option and I do end up going I will request at the time of booking to schedule appointment with another service advisor and not Anwar Ali. We spent almost $300.00 on this visit not asking for free service Scarborough Toyota Scion needs to educate its Customer Service Advisors on how to provide service to loyal customers. More

I did not have the best experience you could say at Scarborough Toyota when I went to visit their dealership. I was helped by a really nice sales representative that, I’ll be honest, I could tell she w Scarborough Toyota when I went to visit their dealership. I was helped by a really nice sales representative that, I’ll be honest, I could tell she was new, so of course I was more patient with her when she had to ask her manager several questions. However, to the best of her abilities it seemed she answered all my questions and gave my good advice. My issue however was with the management team. They basically told me that unless I was willing to sign papers ok my visit that day, they wouldn’t even seriously talk to me and ended my appointment when I said I was still shopping. I’ll be pretty honest in saying that the appointment wasn’t even going that bad until I saw what their quote was and because it was too high, I showed them a quote I got from another Toyota dealership. That was when the appointment started to go down hil. They didn’t seem to like the idea that I had gone shopping to other dealerships and checked to see what rates I could get. I mean, isn’t that basic shopping? You look for the best price and interest rate and incentives you’re offered and make a decision that way? Anyways, when I was called and texted back asking about what my decision was going to be, I was so surprised. I told them exactly why I wouldn’t bring my business to Scarborough Toyota and all they had to say was, “Oh that’s unfortunate. Anyways tell me if you need anything else” No sincere apologies, or anything to try to make it right. I mean, maybe I’m just one customer to them and they don’t care but I’m letting you guys know, IF YOU WANT ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU MATTER, DO NOT GO TO SCARBOROUGH TOYOTA!!!!!! More

Night drop off system is poor. I called the next morning to make sure they had received my car/key. I was told they never got the key and couldn't find the car. Left my phone number with 2 people who each p to make sure they had received my car/key. I was told they never got the key and couldn't find the car. Left my phone number with 2 people who each promised to locate the car and call me back shortly. Never received a call back. Called again 2 hours later starting to worry that my car had been stolen overnight. Got transferred to someone who was very aggressive telling me that it takes time to diagnose the problem before I even said a word to her. They had a lot of trouble understanding that I was looking for confirmation that my car was safely in their possession. Pick up was rather unpleasant. Some wait. Things were rushed and clearly chaotic for the workers, no doubt hard for them to keep up. I will not return and do not recommend. The rushed pace causes errors and internal miscommunications, and service workers make promises about times (for call back, for pick up) to customers that they are unable to deliver on. They also don’t have/take the time to listen and understand, and it’s impossible to hold an actual conversation with them, over the phone or in person. Car was also very dirty at pick up, and there was a disgusting smell lingering on the inside. More
The service team are always super welcoming. What made me really appreciate the service is the way I was treated out of the ordinary to have my headlight diagnosed and fixed in no time.
