I purchased a Corolla from Paul. Many of my friends had purchased their vehicles from him and recommended I do the same. I was impressed with the purchase as he and his manager worked to get me the best op purchased their vehicles from him and recommended I do the same. I have found that people sometimes use referred customers to make greater margins, but it did not happen here. I did not require haggling as the prices he offered were well below what my investigation turned up. The Corolla was probably one of the best cars I ever owned. It was easy to drive and required little service. Paul would even make a point to look after me if he saw me in getting service. The service team was excellent and always went above and beyond and was not like many North American dealerships, with inflated prices and unrequired fluid and service charges. My overall experience was excellent and I have always recommended Paul and Scarborough Toyota to anyone that may be looking for a vehicle. Steve N More

Don’t trust any of these shady Toyota salesmen from Scarborough Toyota. I made a special trip to Toronto from Sarnia to see at 2010 Tundra I saw on their website. The truck wasn’t even there. One of the employees had taken it away for the weekend. What a way to rack up kilometers, eh? I got the salesman’s number and we picked another day for me to come and check it out. That was today. I got out of work early – losing two hours pay – and he asked that I call him before I left to confirm my 6:00 pm appointment with him. An hour into my drive, he calls my cell phone to tell me that another customer was looking at the truck currently and just put a deposit on it. First come, first serve is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard when I had an appointment with that truck. Don’t you think I’m serious about this truck if I am driving 3½ hours to see it? You may have sold the truck, but you lost a customer. Any good businessman would know that it costs more to gain new customers than to maintain old ones. This specific Toyota dealership has ZERO integrity and doesn’t care about customers, just MONEY. Definitely NOT worth the drive. All the better, though, I’ll continue to drive my 2010 Honda Civic around, proudly. More
