Worst experience ever . I went to the dealership after visiting a couple of other Toyota dealers , of course to see where I would get the best deal. I went to Pickering Toyot I went to the dealership after visiting a couple of other Toyota dealers , of course to see where I would get the best deal. I went to Pickering Toyota and then got a quote and went to Scarborough Toyota to see if they could beat it, Richard came to speak with us because the advisor was busy and he gave us the best price he could offer but it did not beat it, we said thanks and trying to leave but he kept nagging at us trying to ask us how we got the price , we told him everything we knew on how we were quoted that specific price , he kept asking us for more and my brother in law said that's fine and left and he called him out in the middle of the dealership loudly in front of customers and said he will help you in a aggressive and rude , embarrassing manner. This made us decide never to go to Scarborough Toyota ever again , we have two other new toyota a at home and take them to Scarborough Toyota for service but not anymore. If the manager is going to be rude , chance are the experience will never be good. This was a very insulting experience because even as we tried to leave, we were held back Being questioned . More
