Poor Customer Service-Disillusioned! I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Scarborough Toyota. Problems arose once I had bought the car. No one bothered to mention the dealership promot I recently purchased a new RAV 4 from Scarborough Toyota. Problems arose once I had bought the car. No one bothered to mention the dealership promotion of selecting a Complimentary Extended warrenty to 5 yrs/100k. I found out about this promotion in the Toronto Star the same Saturday I purchased the car. I contacted Lito about this situation and I was told I received a good deal so...This clearly did not address my question. Though I purchased a new car on August 9 somehow they are exempting me from the extended warranty promotion. I am profoundly disappointed with Lito and the dealership for how they have provided customer service and a lack of transparency. The trust relationship has unfortunately been damaged. I will take all of my future business elsewhere in the future, unless this situation is remedied to my satisfaction. More

Our older Rav4 has required much work lately and our service advisor, Jason Ells has provided excellent advice and service. He carefully explains our options and utilizes every possible way for us to get the work done efficiently both in time and expense. On several occasions, he has located other parts for us to help keep the costs down. We had a few issues that kept reoccurring and Jason diligently kept the mechanics searching until the problems were resolved. He personally test drove our car to make sure the car ran perfectly. As well, he had our car fully cleaned and detailed, even the tires!. His expertise and personal attention are highly valued. Lito Santiago was extremely helpful and went out for a few test drives on 2 cars I was interested. He didn't hesitate to ask me if I wanted to test and provided me detail information of the car while driving. All the paper work went nice and smooth. It took approximately an hour since I financed the car there were a few paper work to be read but was extremely satisfied with Lito whom explained it very well. I had some slight issue with the car after a few days but he immediately took care of it by the service team (no charge). We continue to communicate at times when I have some parts request. He personally ordered a Hood Deflector and just got it installed. I strongly recommend Lito Santiago for your car purchase and for any concerns; he will immediately look after you! More

My husband and I just bought the new 2014 LE Eco Corolla. Jian was informative and helpful. He took the time to explain our options and offered us a great deal. We had not initially planned to purchase the vehicle during this visit but everything went so smoothly that we ended up buying the car. Amir then spent some time with us as we proceeded through the sales agreement and financing arrangements. He too was very helpful. While we were in the dealership we decided to have our other car ( Toyota Scion TC) serviced with an oil change. Imagine our surprise when Amir informed us that he would take care of that cost as well. Not a big deal in terms of dollars but priceless in terms of good will and client loyalty.
